Another trial camping weekend at the nearest provincial park...
we just love coming here because apart from it's lush forest and trails plus it's beautiful lake,
it's actually 12 minutes away from home! What a treat!
The girls were all busy on this camping trip with their respective schedule --
Sol was working, Mattie had finals & group work, Luna's best friend was having a birthday party.
We still decided to push through with the original plan of going camping for the weekend but will just have to set-up
in the morning without the girls. Then will just be back home to pick them up when their activities are done.
First one to be with us was Mattie...

and Luna's with us too!
Morning walk by the beach...
Since it was drizzling and the lake was too cold to go swimming,
we visited Courtice Flea Market to pass time...
Then later that afternoon... the gang's complete!
checking out the viewing at the Amphitheater...
Of course, it wouldn't be complete without a trip to the Park Store for dessert time!
and to borrow a board game...
