When we discovered this shale rock beach, we made it a point to schedule a long camping trip for this provincial park.
This year too, we finally booked a campsite that's right in front of the beach! (And just steps away from the washroom -- which has always been our no. 1 criteria in choosing a campsite.

Since it's been raining intermittently, we'd just stay indoors (playing games or napping) or
we'd go for walks to the Dog Park or our favourite usyoso place... the Park Store!

Though the water was colder than the seasonal temp, and it was raining for two days,
we made sure we enjoyed swimming (and SUPing) in this picturesque beach!
